Mentoring

Alongside Sunday services and involvement in one of our Communities, personal mentoring (often called 'personal pastoring') is a longer-term one-to-one mentoring relationship that helps us support each other in our growth as Christians.

Our approach to pastoral care is to empower a network of volunteer pastors, with appropriate training and ongoing support. This approach most readily enables good pastoral care for the whole church, rather than having all pastoral care done by a few paid staff Pastors.
