Church Sunday @4

Sunday@4 is our weekly gathering. We meet at 4pm at Barton Neighbourhood Centre every week except the first Sunday of the month when we have our Community Lunch at 1pm. Sunday@4 is normally just under an hour long with singing, a talk and time to respond. There are activities for kids aged 2-11 whilst the service itself is accessible for both young people and adults. There are always opportunities to serve and lead. As a church we believe in the Bible, we love God, and we follow Jesus. We aim to make Sunday @ 4 a place where people can meet with God, understand the bible more and be able to apply the talk to their lives.  Please feel free to come and join us at Sunday @4

Community Lunch

On the first Sunday of every month we have a Community Lunch instead of Sunday@4. We want people who don't normally come to church feel welcome. Most weeks there is quiz, craft activities for children and plenty of people to talk to. Lunch is £1 for adults and 50p for kids.Come and visit us any Sunday or email Bartoncommunitychurch@gmail.com to introduce yourself in advance. We’d love to meet you.

Love Barton

It aims to support and uplift the Barton community by offering a variety of services, activities, and outreach programs. Love Barton organises events such as community meals, listening service, a foodbank and holiday activities, providing a welcoming space for residents to connect and build relationships. They also offer practical support, including food distribution, help with financial difficulties, and emotional support. Through its work, Love Barton seeks to share love and hope, creating a positive impact in the lives of people in Barton.

Kingdom Tots

Kingdom Tots is our Stay and Play group that happens weekly on a Monday during term-time. We meet in the Barton Pavilion in Barton Park (OX3 9LA). The structure of our sessions involves an hour of free play with varied toys and crafts available before we share a snack together and spend time singing some songs. We always end our sessions by singing and dancing along to the Wiggle Song with lots of bubbles!

Come along and say hi or contact Elise for more details - elise@hbc-oxford.org.uk
